We are a registered Indonesian company — PT Perencana Pesta Impian — with thirteen years of experience running children's parties and more than 15,600 of them delivered. You pay 50% to hold the date and the balance the day before the party, once the decor is standing. Every item is listed in writing before any money moves.
No. Never. 50% holds your date, and the remaining 50% is paid on the day of the party, after the decor is built and you have seen it with your own eyes. If what is standing does not match the quote, you have not paid for it yet.
Your quote lists every item in writing before you pay. If a booked item is genuinely missing on the day, we refund the price of that item. Every photograph on this site is a party we actually ran — none of them are stock images, and none of them are renders.
Yes. PT Perencana Pesta Impian is a registered Indonesian limited company. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will send the registration details before you pay anything.
Our packages are IDR 5M (about $305) for the decor package, IDR 9.3M (about $570) for the one most families take, and IDR 13.6M (about $830) for the large one. Those are complete prices for what is listed in them. Delivery is quoted separately, IDR 200–500K depending on how far you are from Canggu.
No. The quote is fixed in writing before you pay, and it lists every item. If a booked item is genuinely missing on the day, we refund the price of that item. If you want to add something later, we re-quote it in writing first and you decide.
It does not. Unicorn, T-Rex, Harry Potter, mermaid — they all cost the same. The only thing that moves the number is how many children are coming, because that changes the cake, the table and the size of the team.
Delivery, which is IDR 200–500K depending on your area. Villa or venue hire if you are not using your own. Transport for your guests. Alcohol for the adults. Catering, which we quote separately because it depends entirely on your guest list. And anything you add after the quote is signed — which we always re-quote in writing first.
Yes, and most of our parties are. We build it before your guests arrive, run the day, and take away everything we brought along with the party rubbish. Some villas ask for a named coordinator on site — if yours does, that is us, and it is included in the Luxe package.
Yes. Send us the listing link or a few photographs and we plan the layout from that. After years of experience and 15,600 parties, we already know how the garden will behave before we arrive.
The table styling in every package is built for up to 15 children. There is no cap on how many people come to the party — but above 15 children we re-quote the table properly rather than quietly stretching a package that was not built for it.
If your cake or catering comes from us, tell us the allergies at the quote stage and we brief the kitchen against them. If you are arranging the food yourself, that part stays with you.
We can usually arrange it — tell us at the quote stage. Most families arrange their own food and let us run the party, which is completely fine too.
Two to four weeks is comfortable. But if you are already here and the birthday is in days, message us anyway — we can usually still do it. The only things that genuinely need notice are elaborate custom cakes and bespoke decor.
Bali has a rainy season, not rainy days — the rain usually comes hard and leaves fast. We will tell you the best hour for your date, we keep the setup weather-ready, and we can add a covered marquee. We plan around it rather than pretending it will not happen.
Late afternoon, from about 4pm, for most of the year. It is out of the worst heat, the light is good for photographs, and it runs into sunset. For children under three, a morning party works better — they are at their best before lunch.
Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Sanur and everywhere between them. Canggu is our base area. The party price is the same wherever you are; delivery is quoted separately by area, since somewhere like Uluwatu is a much longer drive than Canggu.
Yes — and here is exactly what that means, so there is no surprise on the day. We pack down and take away every piece of decor and equipment we brought in, and we bag the party rubbish that goes with it: balloons, plates, wrapping, tape. What it is not is a villa clean. We do not mop floors or wash dishes — your villa's own housekeeping does that, as it would after any gathering. What we guarantee is that nothing of ours is left behind and no bag of party mess is left for you.
