Before you pay anything, you receive an itemised written quote listing every item and one total. That quote is the agreement. Nothing that is not on it will appear on your bill, and nothing on it will be missing on the day — if a booked item is not delivered, we refund the price of that item.
50% of the agreed total holds your date. The remaining 50% is paid the day before the party, after the decor is set up and you have seen it. If you want to add something after the quote is agreed, we re-quote it in writing and you approve the new number before anything changes.
Tell us as early as you can. Our team, our suppliers and your cake are committed to the date you booked, so a late cancellation costs us real money and we cannot refund the deposit in full. Ask us and we will tell you honestly what is possible at that point rather than hiding behind a clause.
We do not offer a free date change for rain, and we say so plainly rather than burying it. What we do instead: advise you on the best hour for your date, keep the setup weather-ready, and offer a covered marquee as an add-on if you want certainty.
Our entertainers are people we know and work with regularly, and our equipment is our own and maintained by us. A named coordinator is on site for the whole day from the Signature package upward.
We do not supervise children in water. Our host runs the pool games; adult supervision of children in or around a pool remains the responsibility of the parents and guardians present. We state this explicitly rather than letting it be assumed.
Tell us at the quote stage and we take the list in writing, brief the cake and any catering against it, and confirm it back to you before the day.
After every party we remove all decor, equipment and materials we brought to the venue, and we remove the refuse generated by the party itself. This is a pack-down, not a venue cleaning service: routine cleaning of the venue — floors, kitchens, dishes, bathrooms — remains with the venue and its housekeeping. Venue hire, venue rules and any damage caused by guests rather than by us remain between you and the venue.
