Screen, teams, and a leaderboard

Every photograph here is a challenges party we actually ran. Not stock. Not a render.
The theme is not a colour scheme. It is the decor, the cast, the show, the cake and the games — all built to match.

ChallengesAt eight they stop wanting to be told a story and start wanting to win something in front of their friends — so this party had no theme, only a format. The game props were built by hand so that nobody had seen them before, and run in rounds with a standing that changed every time, because as soon as one child is clearly winning the rest stop trying. Then the sound system came up under the bamboo roof and the whole group learned a routine together.
NeonAt nine there is no character left to hire and no theme they will admit to liking. What still works, completely, is being shown something they cannot explain. So: warpaint they chose themselves, then a science show on the lawn with fog rolling knee-high and a frozen rose shattered in mid-air while Mark stood there holding a burger. After dinner, a performer drawing shapes in the dark with light. Nine-year-olds do not applaud, but nobody spoke.
A challenges party costs exactly what a unicorn party costs, and exactly what a Harry Potter party costs. Guest count is the only variable.

You are sending money to strangers on an island you may never have set foot on. We know exactly how that feels. So we built it so you never have to trust us blindly.
What is on the quote is what turns up. If a booked item is genuinely missing on the day, we refund the price of that item. We have done this more than 15,600 times.
50% holds your date. The balance is paid the day before the party, once the decor is standing and you have seen it with your own eyes.
Decor, equipment, balloons and the party rubbish that comes with them — bagged and gone before we leave. We are not a cleaning company, so floors and dishes stay with your villa's housekeeping. But nothing of ours is left behind, and no mess of ours is left for you.

Our packages are IDR 5M (about $305), IDR 9.3M (about $570) and IDR 13.6M (about $830). The challenges theme does not add anything to that — every one of our 24+ themes costs exactly the same. Delivery is quoted separately by area.
Ages 6–12. Below that band the programme is too complex; above it, children tend to find the theme childish. If your child sits at the edge of the band, message us — we adjust the programme rather than talk you out of the theme they love.
Screen, sound system, team colours, leaderboard. A game-show host. The challenge run — physical, mental, team, and a final. Trophy or target cake. Plus the games: team challenges, the buzzer round, physical trials, the final duel. The build beforehand and the pack-down afterwards are included in every package.
Yes. Every photograph on this page is a challenges party we actually ran in Bali. None of it is stock imagery, and none of it is a render. Your decor arrives looking like the quote, in writing.
We will tell you within about ten minutes whether it is free. 🎯
